The company EPQ (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") sells perfume products (hereinafter referred to as the "Products" or the "Product") presented on its website only at retail and for strictly personal use, to end consumers (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumers" or the "Consumer").
Any order which clearly does not correspond to a retail sale or, more generally, any fraudulent order or presumed to be such will be considered by EPQ as null and void.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it is agreed that the Consumer and EPQ will be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually referred to as the "Party".
By placing an order for a Product on the Site, the Consumer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and having accepted them without restriction. This acceptance is in no way conditioned by a handwritten signature from the Consumer.
It is specified that the Consumer may save or print these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, provided that they are not modified. The Seller reserves the right to update its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, it being specified that the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable shall be those in force at the date of the order.

The Products are presented within the limits of available stocks and the Seller cannot guarantee the availability of the Products advertised on the Site.
At any time, EPQ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the sale of Products offered on the Site. However, such modifications shall not affect orders accepted by EPQ prior to the entry into force of such modifications.

ARTICLE 3 : PRICES
3.1 All prices are indicated in Qatari Riyals (QAR). The applicable prices are those indicated on the Site at the time the Consumer places his/her order. These costs are inclusive of all taxes, with the exception of the costs and duties related to transport, which will be invoiced in addition.
3.2 At any time, EPQ reserves the right to change its prices, without any further formality other than posting the modifications on the Site. However, such changes will not affect orders accepted by EPQ before the changes come into effect, subject to the availability of the Products ordered.

Furthermore, the prices announced on the Site do not take into account customs duties and other costs that may be associated with the import of the Products.

The various shipping methods are set out in Article 6 below and are recalled on the Site; they may be modified at any time by EPQ. The Seller therefore advises Consumers to regularly consult the GTC available on the Site.
ARTICLE 4: ORDERING
4.1 How to order
By browsing the Site, the Consumer has the possibility to be aware of the Products offered for sale on the day of the consultation of the Site. Browsing the various pages of the Site does not commit the Consumer to an order.
During his navigation, the Consumer wishing to place an order will be able to do so by respecting the following stages:
· Fill your virtual basket by clicking on the "Buy" icon, which appears next to each product viewed.
As soon as this operation has been carried out, the Consumer will see a message validating the addition of the item "Product successfully added to the basket", and the number of items in the basket will be displayed at the top right of the screen.
· Continue your visit by clicking on "Continue shopping" or click on "Order" to see the items in your order displayed on the screen, including the total amount (without shipping costs), the type of products ordered and their quantity.
The Consumer may return to this order, complete it, modify it, or cancel it as long as it has not been validated. If the Consumer wishes to choose other Product(s), he/she will then simply click on "Continue shopping", being assured that the Product(s) he/she has just selected is/are well kept in the "Order" section.
· If the customer has a discount code, he can enter it in his virtual basket. The total amount of the order will then be automatically recalculated.
· Once the selection of Products is complete, the Consumer can validate the order by clicking "Order".
A new web page will then open inviting the Consumer to :
i) login with email and password to order using your customer account or
ii) order by creating a customer account.
The Consumer will then have to communicate his/her contact details, by informing with exactitude the form placed at his disposal. In particular, he/she undertakes to indicate an address to which the delivery can be made during working hours, as well as his/her surname(s) and e-mail address.
For any order delivered outside the European Union, the price will necessarily be exclusive of tax.
EPQ may not under any circumstances be held responsible for the inaccuracy of information provided by the Consumer.
· Finally, the Consumer will have to choose the type of delivery desired (home delivery or store pick-up) and the method of payment (Mastercard, VISA, Debit Cards - NAPS). At the bottom of this same page, an order summary will contain all the information relating to this order, namely the nature, quantity and price of the Products and the total amount of the order (including shipping costs).
After having taken note of the status of his order, the Consumer will be invited :
- Either to click on the "Confirm order" button in order to proceed with the payment of his/her order, in accordance with the provisions of article 4 of these GTC;
- Or click on the "Order" button in the top left-hand navigation module, in order to modify the characteristics of his order and/or the information relating to his personal details;
· By clicking on the "Checkout" button, the Consumer must first read the GTC, and then tick a box opposite the message "I declare that I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale fully and without reservation".
Once these GTC have been accepted and the order confirmed, a web page of Myfatoorah - secure payment service provider - will open.
· The Consumer must then proceed to the payment of his order.
It is reminded that purchases made on the Site are reserved for non-professional private customers for their own use, which is why EPQ only sells its products in quantities corresponding to the usual average needs of a household. In accordance with Article L121-11 of the French Consumer Code, EPQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel, for legitimate reasons, any order for which the number of products or the amount to be paid (for a single order or for several orders combined) does not correspond to the usual average use of a household, any order which suggests that an economic activity is being carried out by the purchaser in relation to the products ordered, or, more generally, any order which is anormal in the sense of the case law applicable in this area.
EPQ may not be held responsible in the event of the Site being unavailable at the time of the order, for any reason whatsoever.

4.2.1. Sales training
Once the order has been confirmed and payment validated in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article 5 below (in the case of payment by bank card, provision of the bank card number, its expiry date and, where applicable, the visual cryptogram), a printable and recordable summary of the Consumer's order will be displayed, mentioning, in particular, the references of the order.
At this stage, the Consumer will not be able to modify his order.
Following validation of the payment by the Consumer, the latter will receive an order confirmation e-mail sent by EPQ. This will contain the following information:

- Amount of the order, all taxes included ;

EPQ retains full and complete ownership of the Product(s) ordered until full payment of the full price in principal, including costs, taxes and mandatory contributions.
4.2.3. Refusal to order
In order to protect EPQ from abusive or fraudulent practices, or practices that do not comply with the distribution networks that it has set up, in the event that EPQ suspects one of these practices when placing an order, it reserves the right to ask the Consumer for additional documents (proof of residence and debit in the Consumer's name, photocopy of the Consumer's identity card, photocopy of the Consumer's bank card, or other).
If the Consumer fails to reply within fifteen (15) days of EPQ
sending the request or for any other legitimate reason, the order will be automatically cancelled and EPQ will proceed as soon as possible to reimburse the Consumer to the bank account debited at the time of the order.
4.3 Proof of order
In general, e-mails shall be deemed authentic between the Parties, in the same way as the automatic registration systems on the Site, particularly as regards the nature of the order.
The computerised records kept in the computer systems of EPQ and its partners will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the Parties.
At any time, the Consumer may access the electronic contract concluded between the Consumer and EPQ, if necessary in accordance with the rules of common law. To do so, they should contact the Consumer Service via the "contact" tab or by e-mail to email@example.com, to whom they should provide all the necessary information, in particular the order number and their contact details.

EPQ uses the "MyFatoorah" payment platform provided by « MyFatoorah LTD».

Any delay in delivery must be reported as soon as possible by the Consumer by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that EPQ can carry out an investigation with the postal services or the carrier. The Consumer must be informed that the time taken to carry out an enquiry is random, as EPQ has no control over its execution.
